The whole experience was very pleasant. The hotel was fairly clean with absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location close to the city center and light rooms. Decent staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. Location: the property was adjacent to many restaurants, Baikonur metro station, and Metro 3minutes walk. We tried some drinks at bar Yurta, located 5 minutes walk away...

Pleasant overall experience. Comfy and amazing hotel, excellent home base for 4 nights in Almaty. Fabulously helpful and responsive property employees all round. What a comfortable location very close to subway! And short walk to which is an important point and metro stop and a shopping mall/supermarket.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, enjoying the amazing breakfast and convenient location near the subway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet, providing a relaxing stay. Plus, the tea and tooth kit provided were a nice touch. Despite a few minor issues with the bathroom and noise from housekeeping, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

During our stay, we couldn't be happier with the hotel's location, which was conveniently located very close to the city's metro station. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised by the room, which was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The service was also commendable, with the staff always ready to assist with our needs. the breakfast had a variety of options and tasted great.
The bar at the ground floor could get a bit too loud at night, which may not be ideal for light sleepers.

The hotel’s location is key, as it’s near the subway station and easy to access other parts of the city. It is also tidy and clean, making it an enjoyable stay for me. the hotel staff were friendly and responsive to my needs, which made things easier during my city trip.
Compared to other hotels, this seemed like a major oversight, and it left me with not much to watch during my downtime in the room.

The hotel is located in a prime area, making it easy to get around the city center. , the staff was friendly and offered some additional services like cleaning the room and providing small bottles of water every day. the hotel provided a decent breakfast which included some local dishes.
Communicating with staff can be challenging as English is not widely spoken in the area. , facilities in the hotel seemed worn and slightly damaged in some places.
